Overview:
As a Guest Services Liaison, your role is to ensure smooth check-ins, provide information,
and spread joy through your welcoming and helpful interactions with families
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-In: Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the check-in process.
- Admissions: Process admissions and memberships, sharing information about
upcoming events.
- Sales: Conduct sales transactions for museum items, handling cash and credit
transactions.
- Information Desk: Answer visitor inquiries, providing insights into exhibits and
events.
- Customer Service: Address visitor concerns promptly, ensuring a positive
atmosphere.
- Membership Support: Assist visitors with membership options and facilitate the sign-
up process.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure smooth operations and communicate
with management.
- Cash Handling: Handle transactions with a focus on creating a fun and enjoyable
experience.
