Our client, a Trendy CPG Brand, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the coordination of packaging artwork development and delivery, working closely with various departments. The Project Coordinator will also assist in managing cross-functional Business and innovation projects throughout their lifecycle.
LOCATION: El Segundo, CA , hybrid 2 days on site, 3 work from home
12-month contract, (w2)
40 hrs a week , Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
$30/hr (w2)
The core duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the packaging artwork process, from initiation to approval
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality artwork delivery
- Providing regular status updates on artwork changes and project progress
- Proactively identifying potential risks to artwork delivery and working with the Project Manager to resolve issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within artwork management processes
- Assisting in updating and maintaining relevant process documentation
- Supporting Project Managers including preparing meeting materials, agendas, and taking meeting notes
- Tracking and documenting the progress of specific tasks and processes within the project lifecycle
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator (CPG experience is a plus)
- A Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with documentation management and familiarity with project management tools
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Asana, Wrike, or similar project management software is a plus
