Our Law firm client is looking for a Legal Receptionist to join their Los Angeles office!
This is a temporary assignment with the possibility to become permanent.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
•Deliver exceptional customer service to office staff and visitors.
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages.
•Maintain confidentiality when handling and delivering client records and parcels.
•Support document processing tasks such as copying, scanning, binding, faxing, and date stamping.
•Troubleshoot and perform minor office equipment maintenance (e.g., clearing jams, replacing toner, emptying waste).
•Prepare and maintain conference rooms, including setup, cleanup, and scheduling.
•Perform kitchen upkeep, including operating dishwashers and maintaining cleanliness.
•Monitor and restock office
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Receptionist experience required.
•Ability to greet guests and clients in a professional manner.
•Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
