The Outage/Maintenance and Labor Relations Manager is a pivotal role within Air Products' organizations executing maintenance and project related work at our operating facilities. Reporting directly to the NA IG Fleet Asset Director, this role will collaborate closely with the regional Procurement team, the PROS & Project Delivery team executing TAR work as well as the Franchise. The California Labor and Relations Manager plays a vital role in maintaining harmonious labor relations with our external contractors and associated organized labor organizations that provide services on our operating plant sites. This role requires expertise in contractor management, collective bargaining, collective agreements, wage data, California SB740 legislation, industrial craft classifications, facility maintenance requirements, local labor trends, employment laws and TAR execution.

In California, the expected pay range is $142,900 - $187,400 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
