Our premier client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst for their Valencia Office. The primary function of this position is to manage and monitor the development, implementation, and interpretation of highly complex business analysis.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintains production, reporting and analysis of recurring management reports
2. Manages dissemination and/or revision of data models for tracking and forecasting performance
3. Conducts analysis to support the internal audit needs of the organization
4. Coaches, develops and motivates department personnel
5. Project Management
6. Works with IT, Sales and Marketing to develop and optimize data
7. Interviews, selects, ensures orientation, training and when necessary disciplines and/or discharges departmental personnel
8. Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager

Experience/Qualifications/Education:

1. 4+ years' experience in analysis & reporting
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Advanced computer skills, MS Excel, Word and Power Point
5. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
