About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to support the coordination and administration of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student enrollment, coordinating services, and fostering relationships with faculty, students, and external partners to ensure a seamless academic experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee course registration, student enrollment, and placement testing.
2. Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrative staff to address program-related inquiries.
3. Provide guidance on course selection, orientation, and academic advising.
4. Student Support & Services
   • Coordinate academic and student services, including tutoring, counseling, and extracurricular activities.
   • Support students throughout their academic journey to enhance their overall experience.
5. Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students.
6. Strengthen program visibility through strategic outreach efforts.
7. Partnership Development
   • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and international stakeholders.
   • Collaborate with partners to expand program reach and impact.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Bilingual a plus (fluent in English, and another language)
3. Comfortable with administrative tasks, such as word processing, data entry, student record management
4. Recent sales or customer service experience
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, creatively problem solve, and communicate clearly
6. Savvy with social media, or interest in Marketing is a plus
