We are a well-established Workers Compensation Medical Practice located in Encino, California. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage our med-legal department for our AME/QME doctors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the med-legal department, organizing daily operations and supervising staff.
• Assist with patient relations, collections, receivables, and coordinate with internal and external organizations to meet med-legal case requirements.
• Ensure all med-legal orthopedic cases are managed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or healthcare field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Work Comp Orthopedic medical practice or related field.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
