Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Regional EHS Manager - West Region.

The expected annual salary range is $125,062.47 - $183,424.96, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Salary is based on skills, experience, and market considerations.

What You'll Do

Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems division offers diverse career opportunities. The Regional EHS Manager will lead safety initiatives within a specific region, reporting to the EESS division EHS Division and the Regional Director.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all EHS activities in the region.
  • Manage incident reporting, review, and corrective actions.
  • Identify safety exposures and develop strategies.
  • Coordinate safety training and support local safety initiatives.
  • Mentor field service employees on safe work practices.
  • Support safety program development and deployment.
  • Lead safety meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform safety audits and stay informed on safety topics.

Technical Knowledge

  • Electrical and Arc Flash Safety.
  • Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, CSA regulations.
  • Certifications: ASP, STS, CHST, CSP.
  • Safety program development, training, and leadership.

Qualifications

Basic

  • Bachelor's in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in electrical/EHS in industrial or electrical industry.
  • Reside within 50 miles of listed locations; ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Experience managing teams and safety program development.
  • Strong electrical background and safety certifications.
  • Experience with safety training and safety hazards.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and safety checklist writing skills.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and safety awareness.
  • Computer proficiency and physical capability for fieldwork.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
