Job Description

The Manager, Finance is a key member of the NBCUniversal finance team responsible for strategic, operational, and financial support to the Digital Products and Games team. The focus will be on financial reporting, analysis, and business/operations support. The candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000

Key Job Duties

• Create and maintain P&Ls to forecast revenue, expenses, and profits for the Gaming & Digital Media portfolio.
• Lead market research and insights across Gaming and Digital Media categories.
• Build financial projections for deals and projects.

Other Job Duties

• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, Five Year Plan, and monthly forecasts, including senior management presentations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, projects, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop revenue models, green light analyses, and marketing spend models.
• Collaborate with finance, functional, and accounting teams for forecasts, budgets, and close processes.
• Partner with business leads for financial analysis and decision support on expansion and new models.
• Work with teams to improve processes and operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• General accounting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across management levels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Independent and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and analytical/system skills.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot.
• Experience in the video game industry and understanding of gaming business models.
• Project management skills for handling multiple projects.
