Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage key projects within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical expertise and project management skills, ready to take ownership of delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee third-party and Owner's Engineering services, ensuring project goals are met.
2. Manage project-related tasks such as tender processes, contractor negotiations, and site visits.
3. Lead the supervision and development of electrical design, ensuring contractor proposals align with project requirements.
4. Provide technical support for contract negotiations and infrastructure development, ensuring project specifications are met.

Required Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; PE license preferred.
2. 4+ years of experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, battery) infrastructure projects.
3. Strong project management skills, including risk management, estimation, and construction planning.
4. Proficient in conducting and reviewing electrical studies, including Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Load Flow, and Insulation Coordination studies.
