WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER WITH A MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL MAKE REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED POLICIES, PROCEDURES, SAFETY STANDARDS, AND CODE REQUIREMENTS. FOLLOW PROCEDURES FOR ACCESSING & OBTAINING MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, & OTHER ITEMS FROM VENDORS BY TRACKING INVENTORY USED, RETURNING ITEMS & NOTIFYING MANAGEMENT ABOUT RE-ORDERING NEEDS. COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION AND OTHER PAPERWORK IN A TIMELY, ACCURATE & COMPLETE FASHION SO THAT SERVICE REQUEST CAN BE APPROPRIATELY DOCUMENTED & TRACKED. DEMONSTRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY TREATING RESIDENTS & OTHERS WITH RESPECT, ANSWERING RESIDENT QUESTIONS, RESPONDING SENSITIVELY TO COMPLAINTS ABOUT MAINTENANCE SERVICES, & COMPLETING ASSIGNED WORK ORDERS WITH EFFICIENCY & URGENCY. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE & LICENSE. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS(RAIN, SNOW, HEAT, WIND, SLEET) SOME SPANISH SPEAKING IS HELPFUL
