Base pay range
$80,614.00/yr - $100,768.00/yr

- Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

- Salary: $80,614-100,768 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
- Delivers the company's field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met
- Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team
- Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level
- Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
