Note: Looking for an ideal candidate with expertise in Microservices architecture using Java (No .NET) and Azure (No AWS), specifically Azure Kubernetes Service. Experience in the Medical device or Healthcare domain is required.

Job Details

• Experience: 20+ years of professional experience.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years' experience in Java Microservices solutions on Azure cloud, including defining and implementing architecture roadmaps.
• At least 7+ years of experience in understanding various components and migrating applications to Azure Cloud.
• Led one or two end-to-end digital transformation projects, preferably in the medical domain.
• Experience in modernizing legacy applications, migrating monolithic code to microservices, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
• Familiarity with data management, security, analysis, and analytics in highly regulated industries.

Additional Skills

• Experience leveraging Java and Spring Boot frameworks to develop and implement microservices for the cloud.
• Integration of Azure services such as APIM, AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, etc., into solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh architecture using sidecar proxies for scalability and performance.
• Proficiency with Java Microservices, design patterns, Microservices Architecture, and JIRA.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying containerized applications in production environments.
• Implementation of security and encryption measures.
• Experience shifting from monolithic legacy applications to cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, MS preferred.
