Position: Sr Marketing Operations Manager (Onsite)

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Location: 5 days onsite in Los Angeles (East Side/San Gabriel Valley)

Salary: $105k-$125k+ plus benefits

Our client, a leading luxury lifestyle/home brand, is seeking a talented Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing asset production for campaigns and other touchpoints. If you have a passion for design and strong skills in marketing production and creative project management, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all marketing production projects from concept through completion.
• Partner with art directors, stylists, photographers, and external vendors to ensure creative output meets elevated aesthetic standards.
• Own production timelines, budgets, and deliverables; ensure all assets are delivered on time.
• Oversee post-production workflows, maintaining accuracy and quality control throughout.
• Develop and manage a detailed production calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and outside vendors.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to the marketing team.
• Ensure accountability for meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing production or project management, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand environment.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
• Experience managing photoshoots and creative vendors.
• Solid understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
