Position Description

We are seeking a high-performing, dynamic, and energetic candidate to join our Institutional Client Marketing team. This team leads PIMCO's strategic marketing initiatives for retirement investors by conducting proprietary research and developing compelling messaging and content. Our goal is to educate investors, helping them make optimal decisions that lead to successful outcomes and business growth.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships internally and externally, driving results through personalized, client-centric experiences. You will support the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing projects, including:

• Planning Participant Engagement and Communications programs
• Assisting with the strategic planning, infrastructure, and execution of a flagship Defined Contribution (DC) research project—the DC Consulting Study Track
• Measuring activity (web, media, sales, etc.) relevant to these projects and others, and packaging insights into clear formats for leadership and partners
• Identifying and recommending areas for further development

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day project activities and campaign logistics
• Developing and producing marketing materials across digital platforms
• Analyzing and reporting on marketing metrics, providing actionable insights
• Collaborating with global teams across various functions
• Ensuring brand standards and best practices are maintained
• Driving innovation through industry research and trend analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of marketing campaign and project management experience, preferably in financial services or retirement markets
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary Range: $87,000 - $93,000. PIMCO offers a total compensation package including base salary and discretionary bonus.
