How You'll Perform The Role

This position oversees daily plant operations, reporting to the Plant Manager. Direct reports include salaried and hourly staff such as Production shift leads and Maintenance Manager. Indirect reports encompass all hourly production employees.

• Ensure Employee Safety and Safety Compliance
• Maintain product quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs on productivity, budget, and costs
• Review production orders for efficiency and waste variances
• Implement continuous process improvements
• Manage plant engineering and maintenance
• Handle capital planning for production projects
• Communicate regularly with the production team

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• 5-7 years of manufacturing management or related experience
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Maintenance reliability
• Technical leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with 5S, Lean, Kaizen is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
