Onsite Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries using advanced technology in a collaborative call center environment.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service.
Assist customers in navigating our website and guide them through the online ordering process.
Become knowledgeable about our products and services! We provide the training to help you confidently answer questions about product specifications, pricing, and shipping options.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates eager to deliver exceptional service!
Willingness to travel for initial training at other Uline North American locations is mandatory.
