Role Description

This is a full-time or a part-time, on-site role for a Data Entry/Accounting Associate, located in City of Industry, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing data entry tasks, managing financial statements, and handling journal entries. The role also includes utilizing accounting software, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational and financial workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in maintaining Financial Statements and handling Journal Entries (Accounting & Operations)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
