StorAmerica Management - Looking for an Energetic Self Storage Property Manager in the City of Industry:

Address: 16408 E. Gale Ave., City of Industry, CA 91745

Hours are 5 days a week, 8-hour days.

Storage Industry Experience is recommended.

We provide a comprehensive 2-week training program to ensure your success!

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
2. Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.
3. Show and rent spaces.
4. Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants.
5. Perform lock checks at least twice each day.
6. Maintain facility cleanliness, including hallways and vacated spaces.
7. Control delinquencies through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis.
8. Perform minor maintenance as required on the property.
9. Stock and sell locks and other merchandise as directed.
10. Keep petty cash up to date and balanced; reconcile deposits.
11. Schedule use of moving trucks for tenants and process rental paperwork.
12. May be required to drive a rental truck.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• You must have your own transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintained auto insurance.
• You must pass a background check and drug test.
