Additionally, you will assist with and prepare financial and narrative reports, grant applications, bid documents, Requests for Proposals, and operation procedures and guidelines. This opportunity also involves the implementation of the Supplier Diversity program initiatives, emphasizing small businesses, minority-owned, and women-owned enterprises, as well as conducting site visits.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of experience in real estate development, finance, grant writing, budget management, financial analysis, commercial lending, urban planning, municipal engineering, construction, or general administrative experience. This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver's License.
