$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Reputable AM law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to join their growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to 3- 4 attorneys and is well-versed in managing cases from start to conclusion.

Litigation Legal Secretary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support 3-4 Civil Litigation Attorneys
  • Experience managing cases from start to conclusion.
  • E-filing with state and federal courts.
  • Preparing TOC's/TOA's and discovery shells.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, etc.
  • Manage attorneys' calendars.
  • Manage billing-related documentation and prepare expense reports.

Litigation Legal Secretary Qualifications

  • 3 - 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Demonstrate stability and reliability in previous roles.
  • Exhibit a flexible attitude, suitable for a smaller office environment, even within a large firm.
  • Hybrid
  • Must live locally to the LA area to accommodate potential in-office requirements for trials or significant events.
