Bold Vision is a multi-sector, multi-year initiative that aims to fundamentally improve the lives of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) youth in LA County through power building and systems change. A Community Council comprised of 13 BIPOC-led youth-serving community-based organizations from across the county provides strategic guidance and direction to the initiative. Bold Vision's central goal is to create conditions where LA County's BIPOC youth can thrive. This initiative leverages LA's movement infrastructure to advance racial equity in public systems and ensure BIPOC youth benefit from living in one of the country's most progressive counties.
