This position will play a key role in the comprehensive Development and Marketing Plan that promotes Tahoe Family Resources and achieves its fundraising programs and goals under the guidance of the Executive Director. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in non-profit management, business administration, marketing/communications or related field. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum 4-year experience in fundraising from individuals, corporations and organizations. Excellent written and communication skills. Demonstrated ability in working collaboratively with board members, volunteers, staff, and donors. Knowledge of donor software and databases. Experience with event planning. Successful completion of State of Nevada and FBI background checks.
