Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Annually, we assist client strategies in over 90 countries with more than 1000 associates, performing over 3000 audits, inspecting 3 million parts at source, and providing 70,000 hours of engineering supplier development.

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role will be responsible for financial modeling & business decision analyses, partnering with internal stakeholders, preparing financial budgets and forecasts, and communicating financial information to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive leadership team and shareholders.
• Understand and communicate actual vs. budget P&Ls to budget owners monthly; investigate variances; recommend actions to meet financial targets.
• Assist the Department Head in managing and improving the annual budgeting process, working with department leaders to set realistic financial targets aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and enhance bi-weekly cash projections.
• Create reports using BI tools such as Power BI and collaborate with the Digital Product team to improve data marts used for financial KPI reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report on internal KPIs to measure team performance.
• Report on sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Calculate periodic sales commissions and annual bonuses.
• Create ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to drive synergies between functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with 3-statement financial modeling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a plus.
