Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss statements and KPIs to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for various planning cycles.
• Analyze departmental spending trends and collaborate with leadership to manage costs and support new initiatives.
• Create internal management reports and commentaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  
  

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  
  

• Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes of variances and provide actionable insights.
• Work with large data sets and incomplete information to solve complex financial problems.
• Understand and interpret financial regulations, technical procedures, and business publications.
• Utilize BI tools and financial platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics 365, or Adaptive Planning.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
