Finance and Accounting, Operations, Corporate Services and Executive Search

I'm partnering with a high-growth, food and beverage company to help them hire a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager. This is a critical leadership role overseeing full P&L financial planning and analysis across the organization. You'll be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while also managing a small team and supporting commercial finance functions, including sales and trade finance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Lead and manage the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Deliver timely, actionable insights into performance drivers across revenue, margin, and operating expenses
• Own the full P&L forecast and reporting cadence, providing leadership with strategic financial guidance

Commercial Finance Partnership

• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to analyze trade spend, promotions, and channel profitability
• Support pricing strategy, volume planning, and customer-level margin analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align planning with business drivers

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support executive decision-making
• Streamline planning processes and tools, leveraging systems and automation where possible
• Prepare monthly business reviews and variance analyses for senior leadership and investors

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in food, CPG, or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to own the full P&L forecast and partner across commercial functions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with C-suite and investors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
