Practice Strategy Leader - Asset Strategy

Description:

The Practice Strategy Leader drives the expansion and development of the Asset Strategy practice across the country. Asset Strategy is a design and real estate consultancy focused on eliminating vacancy, retaining tenants, and making buildings more market competitive.

This role will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. It requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics within the architecture and design industry. Previous experience working with landlords, brokers, and building owners is required. Understanding projects focused on tenant improvements, commercial and corporate interiors, landlord fit-ups, repositioning, building additions, lobby renovations, and full-floor renovations is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Practice Development: Lead expansion of the national practice, aligning with company goals.
  • Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Practice Delivery Leader to achieve performance metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, project management, and operations to support growth.

KPIs and Metrics:

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve a minimum of X% year-over-year growth.
  • Market Share: Increase in target segments by Y% within the first Z months.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Meet revenue and satisfaction targets.
  • Team Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly performance metrics.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field. + years relevant industry experience preferred, or equivalent in education and experience.
