Business Solutions Manager | Adams & Martin Group

A Real Estate Company in El Segundo is seeking a high-functioning Legal Transaction Coordinator with experience using YARDI or MRI software to support our legal and management teams. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, advanced Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mortgage loan documents and guarantor changes
• Support property purchases, sales, and refinance closings
• Assist with legal documents, estate/trust administration, and filings
• Coordinate lease terms and concessions with brokers/owners
• Conduct background and credit checks on prospective tenants
• Provide general support across departments as needed

The ideal Legal Transaction Coordinator is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Legal Transaction Coordinator in real estate or legal settings is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Transaction Coordinator looking to grow within a dynamic team.
