As a Product Operations Manager on the Sales and Revenue Acceleration team, you'll serve as the conduit between product, engineering, and business teams. In this hands-on role, you'll manage the product lifecycle from intake to delivery, support end users, drive documentation and testing, and ensure our Salesforce and integrated systems are aligned with business needs. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Translate business needs from a cross-functional group of key stakeholders into actionable requirements for our developers and ensure traceability through delivery

  • Provide operational support to end users by triaging and resolving issues in collaboration with tech and product

  • Build business cases and ROI analyses to justify new features, tools, or process improvements

  • Maintain and improve knowledgebase content and other documentation to enable internal self-service

  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, creating test plans and logging outcomes

  • Track KPIs for product adoption and process efficiency to support our products objectives and key results (OKRs)

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of product management, product ops, (and/or) equivalent domain experience

  • 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce.com required

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator, certification required

  • Experience with DocuSign, Conga, Certinia, Copado is preferred

  • Thrive in a detail-oriented space

  • Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with teams across multiple business units

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

  • Being data-fluent and data-driven for day-to-day decision-making

  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests.

  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
