What You'll Need To Bring

• Two years of recent property leasing or sales experience.
• Experience in luxury or Class A residential communities preferred.
• High school diploma, AA, or college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM software or databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with RentCafe, Yardi, and CRM is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.

Your Responsibilities

• Generating traffic and achieving leasing and occupancy goals in a luxury environment.
• Qualifying potential residents and verifying applications.
• Touring and leasing apartments.
• Handling additional duties and projects as assigned.
