Job Title:Talent Acquisition Partner
Location:Onsite – Santa Clara, CA (SCLA)
Shift:Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible start/end times)
Pay Rate: $37.10 to $53.00 per hour depends on experience
Employment Type:Extended Worker (Contract) Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting and interviewing strategies for open positions.
• Source and fill roles efficiently using various channels and vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Research and recommend new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Network to identify and engage passive talent.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms (social media, professional networks, colleges, etc.).
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including internet, referrals, and vendors.
• Promote and utilize the global employment brand.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS for sourcing, reporting, and metrics.
• Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Manage recruitment budget effectively.
• Mentor and train new recruiters on tools and processes.

• Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of engineering disciplines
• Computer Skills:
• Required:Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Desired:Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau, data analytics

Required Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's Degree
• Experience:4–7 years in talent acquisition
• Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of engineering disciplines
• Computer Skills:

• Desired:Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau, data analytics

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for engineering roles
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Working with technical organizations

Soft Skills

• Desired:Problem-solving, mentoring
