Job Summary

We seek a creative, innovative, and adaptable leader to manage proposals, drive revenue, and establish the NVIDIA Enterprise Proposal Center (NVEPC) within the Worldwide Field Operations Organization. The NVEPC aims to provide NVIDIA's global sales teams and partners access to high-value proposals, from a self-service portal to full-service support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and collaborate with virtual teams including solution architects, engineers, sales operations, product management, marketing, and engineering.
  2. Partner with NVIDIA's Global Sales to expand the NVEPC.
  3. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  4. Work closely with Geo Field Sales, product teams, and partners to achieve targets.
  5. Develop a strong opportunity pipeline and establish strategic business relationships.
  6. Organize team efforts to meet revenue goals, staffing appropriately.
  7. Create and manage sales operations processes, including opportunity management and forecasting.
  8. Build and maintain relationships within the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in Proposal Center management.
  • 5+ years in professional sales or management roles.
  • Proven success in growing revenue with innovative technology solutions.
  • Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Business and technical knowledge of NVIDIA products/services; industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
  • Regular review and management of sales opportunities and forecasts.
  • Collaboration with product management and engineering teams to align solutions with company roadmaps.

Additional Information

The base salary range is $124,000 to $195,500, determined by location, experience, and market standards. Employees are also eligible for equity.
