The Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission is forming a multidisciplinary team of professionals from diverse fields to collaborate and address complex issues by integrating their unique expertise and perspectives. This team will include program managers, health program specialists, an attorney, and other professionals. Together, they will work to ensure effective program management, compliance with policies, and the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. The team will leverage its collective skills to tackle challenges, implement innovative solutions, and achieve the Commission's mission of improving behavioral health outcomes statewide.
The Attorney will serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, providing legal expertise and guidance to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support the effective management of grants and contracts.

Position may become permanent.
Limited in-state travel required (10%) including occasional overnight stays. Clearance by a DOJ background check may be required.
