You'll contribute to a mix of greenfield and platform improvement projects, working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs, primarily using C#.NET and TypeScript.
• Build secure and high-performance systems, ensuring code is testable, maintainable, and production-ready.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Product, and Engineering to launch new features and improve existing systems.
• Review code and contribute to design decisions, upholding high standards in architecture and performance.
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Continuously monitor, deploy, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems for optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions into the engineering process.

Requirements

• Proven problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Extensive experience with C#.NET and TypeScript/JavaScript; familiarity with Docker, Kafka, and AWS is highly desirable.
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture, caching strategies, performance tuning, and cloud-native application design.
• Comfortable working within agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using CI/CD and test-driven development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• A passion for mentorship, collaboration, and driving high-quality outcomes through engineering excellence.
