Job Description Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist's role is to facilitate and execute product GTM (go-to-market) strategy and day-to-day operations, perform market research and analysis, and collaborate with other marketing teams for campaign execution. The role involves leading ATL and vertical-market marketing strategies to increase ASUS's market share in both consumer and commercial sectors. The specialist will assist in defining consumer product-marketing strategies, develop and execute demand-generation programs, and create marketing tools to support the sales process. Establishing alignment with internal marketing, sales, and product-management teams, as well as influencing key stakeholders, is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate product-marketing strategies supporting organizational brand goals throughout the marketing and sales funnel, including increasing brand relevance, favorability, and preference.
  • Establish scalable curation processes to identify opportunities across products and services that reflect ASUS's key themes and priorities, consistent with brand style and tone.
  • Work with social and digital production teams to manage cross-channel content marketing programs and content optimization efforts.
  • Interpret product briefs, assignments, and opportunities, transforming them into engaging content aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage MDF, focusing on ROI, including planning, approvals, briefing, content creation, and POE collection/approval.
  • Execute marketing plans (owned or paid), analyze results, and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop demand-generation campaigns or programs across channels, promote externally, and track results.
  • Maintain knowledge of hardware/product range and marketing requirements.
  • Manage marketing budget and approval processes.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment requiring flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience developing and executing GTM plans.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign strategies and performance metrics.
  • Openness to learning and feedback, with a growth mindset.
  • Team-oriented, valuing collaboration and collective success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the tech industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Interest in PC building, hardware, or related tech hobbies.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role (3 days in office per week).
  • Typically in an office environment.
  • Requires extended periods of sitting, operating computer equipment, and occasional travel (up to 10% domestic and international).

Salary range: $80,000-$130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience, in Fremont and City of Industry, California. Benefits include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, Paid Time Off, EAP, and 401(k).
