Job Details

Directs the Information Technology and Audio-Visual departments. Leads, motivates and directs the efforts of project management and other staff responsible for developing and executing corporate strategic initiatives or major projects. Ensures the safe, timely and economic completion of major projects. Provides leadership, management, delivery and coordination of activities required to enable and support the property. Interacts with other departments to determine their requirements and to understand their perceived levels of customer service. Manages employees including assessing employee performance and identifies training and development opportunities for employees. Develops and implements employee performance improvement and career planning actions. Manages vendors and partners.
