Cage Cashiers are responsible for cash handling in the cage, and must be able to adhere to and follow Nevada State Gaming Control and in-house casino policies and procedures. Count in and balance cash drawer, using cage count sheet. Complete sales transactions for cigarettes and other items. Cash out Casino tickets for guests. Add Free Play to Players Cards as needed. Sign up and issue guests Players Cards. Achieve company objectives in customer service by ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Cash Sports Book tickets if the Sports Book is closed. Pay out all jackpots to the manager on duty. Conducts an inventory of all cash and its equivalents. Answers incoming calls and transfer calls as needed.
