Job Details

Job Duties Include the Following:Takes reservations and register overnight campground guests. In Person, over the phone or by email. Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system. Input customer data into customer management system. Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions. Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying. Fills Propane bottles and Motor-home propane tanks. Other duties assigned by management. Distributes messages to guests and new upcoming event flyers. Light cleaning of office. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior office experience is a preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills. Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
