The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, you will contribute individually and collaboratively on complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to financial instruments. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain high-level client relationships. You should demonstrate thought leadership in capital markets, complex accounting, and transactional activities, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• One or more of the following certifications: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA, Master's in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance, Hospitality, Appraisal License, MAI, ASA, CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, or PMP.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP financial instrument guidance.
• Thought leadership in capital markets and complex accounting.
• Experience in valuing derivatives and US GAAP standards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to stay current with technical standards and apply them globally.
• Effective delegation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
