Job Description

L3Harris Technologies seeks an Astrodynamics Engineer to support a National Security Program. The candidate will work with a team of professionals to monitor, analyze, and support space warfighting missions, providing critical information to senior decision-makers. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of national policies, technical assessments, and space operations.

Essential Functions

• Work onsite at the designated location
• Support onboarding of new tools
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Support exercise activities for higher echelons

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 4 years; or 10 years of experience without a degree
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI Poly
• 2+ years experience with NRO, DoD workflows, and policies
• Experience with Reserve and multi-SAP/CAP programs

Preferred Skills

• Previous NRO experience
• Ability to identify interoperability opportunities
• Experience conducting technical working groups
• Engagement with NRO and DoD space directorates
• Risk mitigation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
