K-Designers - Regional General Manager

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 per year (uncapped), including base salary and bonus!

As a Regional General Manager for K-Designers, you will recruit, hire, and train employees, drive sales, and grow business profits within the California regional area.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve peak performance
• Collaborate with team leaders to generate sales opportunities
• Create positive relationships with customers and employees
• Maintain operational compliance with policies, practices, procedures, and regulations
• Stay informed on industry trends in direct-to-consumer home improvement sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum 5 years management experience, with B2C sales experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
• Experience managing Profit and Loss statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel to multiple locations
