We are partnered withan elite boutique business advisory firm renowned for its strategic insights and exceptional client service. They provide top-tier M&A advisory services across a diverse range of industries. With a commitment to excellence and a track record of successful transactions, they are seeking a highly experienced and driven Investment Banking Managing Director to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Investment Banking Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth and success. You will be responsible for leading M&A advisory engagements, managing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust book of business and a proven track record in the investment banking sector, specifically across mid-market M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A advisory engagements from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve a revenue target of $3 million+.
• Oversee the preparation of financial models, pitch books, and other transaction-related documents.
• Establish or support the firm's M&A efforts across one of the following industry sectors: Beauty/Wellness, FIG/FinTech, Agriculture, Industrials, Aerospace & Defense, and Chemicals.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A advisory.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets and managing successful transactions.
• Strong network and book of business within the specified industries.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
