Capgemini Engineering is hiring a visionary Sr. Director to lead our Semiconductor Sales Practice. Based in Santa Clara, California, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of semiconductor innovation globally. We seek a strategic sales leader with a strong technical and engineering background, industry connections, and a passion for high-performing teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of senior sales executives and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to position Capgemini as a trusted partner across the semiconductor lifecycle.
  • Build and deepen relationships with global semiconductor industry leaders, aligning solutions with their product and technology roadmaps.
  • Utilize technical expertise to craft compelling value propositions in ASIC design, validation, and embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with global delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Manage a high-value pipeline, achieve revenue goals, and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 15+ years in semiconductor sales, with 6–8 years in chip design services and engineering solutions.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles and managing strategic accounts with $50M+ annual quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, EDA vendors, and design services.
  • Experience in ASIC design or semiconductor R&D is advantageous.
  • Strong industry connections and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% for client and team engagement.
