Role Overview: The Fiscal Auditor manages fiscal and administrative duties supporting subcontractor audits within a grants and contracts department. This role requires expertise in budgeting, invoice audits, financial analysis, and knowledge of governmental regulations. The auditor will closely collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit monthly expenditures and invoices.

Prepare financial reports, ensuring compliance with government and organizational guidelines.

Handle administrative tasks such as documentation management and stakeholder communication.

Ensure alignment with federal guidelines (Title 2 CFR Part 200) and GAAP accounting principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field, plus a minimum of 3 years in fiscal auditing or grant accounting; or at least 5 years relevant experience without a degree.

Deep understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and financial regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
