Job Details

Maintain records, inventory equipment, and replacement parts. - Maintain and repair property equipment, guest rooms, all building systems and equipment, lighting, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, all filter types, equipment and appliances to ensure effective operation. - Responsible for maintaining optimum operating conditions for guest room and all other operating equipment that fall under the department responsibility. - Communicate with other shifts to ensure any follow-up on on-going projects in order to minimize down time. - Respond to accident scenes, emergency calls (fire, smoke, etc.) and observe and assist. - Act as a maintenance representative for the Property Operations department. - Maintain daily record of work requests, preventative maintenance work requests via smart phone/device using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Hot.
