Test & Reliability Engineer, $120,000-150,000, Near Westmont LA

Test & Relability Engineer sought for a fast-growth and well funded sustainability startup based in South LA. We are looking for a hands-on reliability/test engineer to own testing from prototype to production and ensure performance by identifying weak points and pushing the system to failure before it meets the customer. The Test & Reliability Engineer will be designing and executing tests and working closely with engineering and manufacturing.

As a hands on Engineer you will ideally own end to end validation of new hardware (including pumps/sensors/pressures etc) as well as developing and running field simulations. Ideally you will be skilled at leading root-cause investigations of field issues and working closely on quality standards.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical, systems, computer engineering or similar
• 2+ years experience in testing (ideally hardware), plus reliability or validation engineering
• Strong experience with hardware test setups and data collection
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques
• Bonus points for experience with fluid systems or environmental testing
• Enjoyment for fast growth startup environments where you can make an impact

Salary is up to $150,000 + equity and many other benefits
