We're currently expanding our capabilities from hundreds of robots to hundreds of thousands of cameras, and we're looking for our first dedicated Product Manager. Our approach combines the speed and scale of AI Agents with the nuanced judgment of human expertise to create more effective security solutions. We're seeking a software-focused Product Manager with experience in complex, enterprise B2B products. This is an execution-heavy, individual contributor role spanning five product lines. You'll scope complex systems, optimize workflows, and use data to drive efficient and scalable product delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and is energized by improving processes, including creating them where none exist. You'll identify bottlenecks and architect solutions that enhance product delivery through robust technical foundations. This role will offer significant growth opportunities for the right candidate, including strategically shaping the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the execution of the roadmap and ensure we deliver maximum value to our customers through close collaboration with engineering, operations, go-to-market teams, and enterprise customers.
• Drive the development, prioritization, and communication of a clear product roadmap grounded in strategic goals, market insights, technical feasibility, and cross-functional input.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across the product lifecycle, implementing scalable, repeatable processes and automation opportunities that align with roadmap execution.
• Balance customer needs with technical requirements, using systems thinking and architectural awareness to inform prioritization and ensure effective delivery.
• Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, leveraging data and system-level insights to guide continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Lead agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives—ensuring process adoption, team alignment, and steady progress against roadmap milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software. Bonus points for prior experience in security and AI/ML.
• Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, computer vision, and machine learning
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication
• Experience leading agile software development and Scrum methodology

This is an in-office role based in San Francisco, CA.

The compensation range is $130,000-$160,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance.
