  • Coordinate and schedule ergonomic assessments across departments in collaboration with internal staff and the client's Workers' Compensation Coordinator
  • Track assessment status, documentation, and follow-up actions to ensure timely and consistent service delivery
  • Manage ergonomic equipment inventory, including ordering, fulfillment, and tracking of issued items
  • Assist with invoicing by compiling services rendered and equipment costs in coordination with finance and client billing contacts
  • Act as the primary liaison between evaluators, internal departments, and client representatives to ensure clear communication and program alignment
  • Support cross-department collaboration by facilitating information flow between evaluators, HR, safety, and workers' compensation teams
  • Identify trends in ergonomic needs and provide recommendations for program improvements or bulk purchasing opportunities
  • Responsible for oversight and quality of multiple client sites
  • Schedule meetings and book travel as needed
  • Perform site visits and ensure quality of care and optimal operations
  • Assist in creation programs at new locations
  • Maintain site operations and flow
  • Approving timecards and payroll biweekly
  • Interact with other departments when needed
  • Provide KPI's to Operations Director
  • Meet with clients onsite and attend weekly update meetings with clients and senior staff
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Description

General Duties:

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and other matters that one might see or encounter
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
