Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 + bonus eligible.

This is an exempt position paid on a salaried basis in accordance with state and federal law.

Driving is required for this position; screening will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in engineering and maintenance; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.

• Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets
• Overseeing physical plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with SOPs
• Administering service contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing departmental expenses and developing strategies aligned with property/brand goals
• Supervising construction projects and maintenance plans
• Maintaining property safety systems and licenses
• Managing profitability and budget adherence
• Handling human resources activities, including employee treatment, disciplinary procedures, communication, and recognition
