Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various positions within our expanding warehouse operations, including entry-level and specialized roles.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with recruiting agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to source talent.
• Assist with additional HR tasks including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 1+ year of HR Generalist experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for job fairs, recruitment events, and complete one week of initial training at Uline's other North American locations.
